In Memoriam
Vermont Thunder
is an Annual event held on Memorial Day weekend. Many groups converge from all across New England to attend.

The ride begins at the Vermont Vietnam Veterans Memorial Welcome Center (SHARON) NORTH of EXIT 1, on I-89. Bikes will begin staging at 9:00 and a wreath laying ceremony will take place at 11 A.M. LEAVING at 11:30 following I 89 N to EXIT 11 for Richmond, Vt. There they will join with 100's of other motorcyclists already gathered at the RICHMOND RECYCLING CTR. --- J. HUTCHINS lot (Rogers Rd.) , just West of LUCKY SPOT VARIETY, RT 117 (RIVER RD.) for the ride to our final destination of Enosburg FALLS.
 
Patches, pins, rockers, American and POW/MIA Flags will be available for sale and donations are accepted with all proceeds going to help Veterans and their families.. .
 
 
 
Itinerary
 
>Staging will begin at 0900 at the 
Vermont Vietnam Veterans Memorial. 
 
>Wreath laying ceremony at 11am. >Leave for Richmond at 1130.
 
>Leave Richmond for Enosburg at 1345.
 
>In Enosburg there will be ceremonies in the park and lunch at the American Legion.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

All times are approximate so arrive early for this once a year spectacle as 100s of motorcyclist from all over New England, take time to HONOR OUR FALLEN BROTHERS AND SISTERS and bring attention to those STILL MIA / POW….

Even if you don't ride you can still SHOW YOUR SUPPORT and remember what MEMORIAL DAY is for!!!!

Bring your flags, chairs, gramps, grandma and the kids!! Line the highways, bridges and streets.
